Insulation and Construction

Insulation via sandwich panels on ceilings and facades, ranging from 40 to 100 mm thick in polyurethane or rock wool, ensures optimal comfort in all environments. The durable linoleum flooring is resilient and easy to maintain, making it ideal for intensive use on construction sites.

Frame and Aesthetics

The exterior frame, constructed from galvanized steel with elegantly colored screw profiles in sky blue RAL or anthracite gray, offers both durability and aesthetic appeal.

Each bungalow is equipped with two double-glazed windows, a metal door insulated with 30 mm of polyurethane, and customizable carpentry options tailored to meet your specific needs.

Electrical and Plumbing Features

Standard electrical installations include 2 power outlets, 2 switches, 2 interior LED lights, and 1 external bulkhead light. Additionally, upon request, we provide modular sanitary facilities such as toilets, showers, urinals, or sinks to fulfill your water supply requirements.
